About Aniffeagency
Aniffeagency is a publication about hiring specialists and working as one. It grew out of Aniffe's executive-search work, which matches highly skilled people with clearly defined project roles. The site applies the same approach in writing: start with the work, then find the person who fits it.
Why this site exists
A lot of hiring advice is written for volume: how to get more applicants, screen faster and fill more seats. That's useful for some roles and unhelpful for many others. When you need one person with a particular skill, for a particular project, on a particular timeline, the questions change. We write about those questions. Our central belief is simple: the right person for the project matters more than the biggest pool of applicants.
Who it's for
Employers and hiring managers, agency owners, recruiters and project managers, plus the freelancers, contractors and consultants on the other side of the table. We try to be useful to both sides at once, because a hire that only works for one of them rarely lasts.
What we cover
Every article lives on the Talent Match blog.
How we write and check articles
- We explain general good practice and flag anything that depends on local employment law. We don't give legal advice.
- We don't invent candidate credentials, testimonials, statistics or salary figures. When we cite a number, we link its source.
- We don't recommend unpaid trial work, and we don't publish screening advice that could discriminate.
- Sponsored articles are labeled as sponsored. Advertisers don't decide what we cover.
- When we get something wrong, we correct it and note the change on the article. Spot an error? Tell us through the contact page.
Who writes here
Articles appear under the byline Lauren Hayes, a disclosed editorial pen name used by the Aniffeagency content team. One byline gives readers a consistent voice; the research and checking are done by the team behind it. More on the writers page.
