Who reads the site
Our readers are hiring managers, agency owners, in-house recruiters, project managers and founders doing their own hiring. The other half of the audience is independent: freelancers, contractors and consultants building portfolios and choosing clients. They're spread across North America, the UK and Europe, Australia, South and Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Latin America, with a strong remote-first slice. We're a young publication, so we won't quote traffic figures we can't back up; ask and we'll share current analytics directly.
Formats
- Display: leaderboard (728×90), square (300×250) and skyscraper (160×600) placements across articles, section pages and the homepage.
- Sponsored articles: written to our standards and clearly labeled as sponsored at the top of the page.
- Newsletter mentions: a short, labeled slot in the Friday brief.
Editorial independence
Advertising pays for the site. It doesn't buy coverage, reviews or favorable mentions, and advertisers don't see articles before they're published. Sponsored pieces are always marked, and we can decline a sponsored topic that doesn't fit our readers.
What we won't run
Ads promising guaranteed placement or unrealistic earnings, unpaid "trial" work dressed up as opportunity, vague vacancies with no defined deliverables, and anything that encourages discriminatory screening.
